Nope - that footprint is the smallest I can get away with on a 
general process, and has been whittled down over time (but has 
been used on some high volume boards without trauma). I'm not 
sure what will clash if I enlarge the footprint all over - I'll give it a 
go. The board is rather tight, though, and some of those respacks 
were snuck into already-tight areas.
