I have checked some of the debug messages and added a few of my own.
It seems that the object header sum field output by mkyaffsimage is 0xffff,
clearly not what was intended.
It seems that yaffs_SumCompare is always true under Windows so that may be
why the problem wasn't spotted.

Its still not perfect yet.
