Hi YAFFSers

I have just checked in stuff to make the number of reserved blocks a runtime 
parameter rather than a #define.

This is useful to the YAFFS direct interface folks using YAFFS on NOR and 
RAM. It should have no impact on anyone using NAND.

This was suggested by Tommy Wiest. Tommy, please have a look to see that it 
is what you expect.
