Sorry if this is a dumb question-- I know next to nothing about hardware
manufacturing...

If I wanted to get quotes from some shops on building Balloon boards, can I
just send the design info as exists on balloonboard.org to them-- is that
sufficient?

I notice the BOM in Excell lists each part on a separate line, even if the
part is the same (five capacitors of the same type take five lines), rather
than one with quantity five.  Will most shops accept this format?
