Oops not documented, sorry. Block E is at the LED / memory end, 
A is at the SmartMedia end of the board. Pin 1 of each block has 
square corners, rather than rounded, and is on the inside, rather 
than the outside edge of the board. (All the pins on the inside row 
are odd-numbered. Outside pins are even numbered.)
Apologies for teh oversight. If teh text above isn't sufficient, I'll 
build a diagram, but not until tomorrow.
