I don't think there's an actual yaffs2 howto per se.

The only real difference in using yaffs2 vs yaffs1 is the NAND interface 
(which is in the mtd). 

If someone using yaffs2 could roll a yaffs2 update for an existing yaffs1 
howto that would be great.
