Has anyone tried to adapt YAFFS2 to Windows CE .NET 4.2 ?

I'm wondering if this works with 1GByte (4x256k, 2048bytes/page, 8Bit) and
which performance I will get in comparison with the Microsoft FMD/FAL/FAT
combination.
