The Balloon 3 pinouts are updated yet again, in the usual place:

after this morning's technical discussion.

The changes are:
- connectors now have identifiers and indicate which side of the board 
they're on
- the VREF input has vanished from the analogue connector
- the analogue connector now has a VREF_DRV pin for driving headphones 
without a coupling capacitor
- the programming and Pinko connectors have gained a few pins so VDD_RAW 
can be fed in through them
- Pinko now features USB OTG because TCL want it

The FPGA signals doc is only updated to correct a minor typo.
