There are some minor changes to the Balloon 3 hardware docs at

The backplane nRESET and PCMCIA RESET lines have been separated (I'd got 
the sense of the PCMCIA one wrong).

There is now a reset input on J12, the programming connector, to allow 
for fully automated jflash loading and OS booting.

The I2C address map has been updated to reflect some more of CUED's 
requirements. I've tried to colour code the various devices to show 
which ones are really important to us. It has also become a PDF file 
instead of a text file - I've removed the text file since it was out of 
date.
