The IXP23xx is based on the third-generation Xscale core (xsc3),
code-named 'Manzano'.  Getting docs for Manzano is a real pain, Intel
have been giving me the NDA run-around for at least three months now,
and I don't really have any hope of ever getting enough docs to even
get the 2.6 xsc3 kernel port fixed properly so that it isn't totally
unusable on the majority of IXP23xx hardware out there.
