I've just put a couple of new documents on the hardware page at

They are a diagram of where to find the various power rails on a loon 3
board, which is handy if you're dealing with a dead one, and preliminary
documentation of the XJTAG test procedure for a loon 3 board. This
latter includes bare-minimum details of the required dongle wiring, so
hopefully we shouldn't forget how to make them.
