Nick - please make sure your bootldr changes are in SVN. The version at 
http://balloonboard.org/cgi-bin/viewcvs.cgi/balloon2/branches/bootldr36-pxa-sa1100/

aka
svn+ssh://balloonboard.org/home/balloon/svn/balloon2/branches/bootldr36-pxa-sa1100/

is your working version from the test-0.1 software pile. It hasn't
been touched by unclean hand at all so there is no excuse for creating
yet another variant.
