Balloon3 doesn't have the ID chip, no - the TCL programming suite is all
based around probing for the onboard ID though, so NickB wrote a bootldr
with a mock ID-giving functionality for TCL usage.  I don't know if this
is the one in svn or a dev one on husaberg though - Nick?
