Firstly all the docs and sources are at the following link
These reflect the released state of the P2 build.

The release of E1 is now imminent (a few weeks ish...) and, as at P2, we
will release Docs, VHDL etc to coincide with the release of boards.

I can also now release a smart PDF of the P2 build schematic that documents
the bugs fixed in E1. (Which also need to be inserted in Bugzilla and
suitably signed off)

I thought it was but I may be mistaken. The above link was intended as a
known frozen configuration point for P2 boards and there was no intention to
treat this as an updatable release.

These are up to date with the exception of one known bug in the VHDL that
needs to link LCD_PCLK_IN to LCD_PCLK_OUT for those that have LCD displays.
