Depends, I guess :)
What do you want to talk about, and would it benefit from a real person  
meeting enough to be worth the effort of getting there?
Deeply technical stuff is generally (meant to be) avoided, since it's  
generally of interest to <10% of the attendees, so, in theory, it's a bit  
of a 'where are we, what are we doing, what should we be doing, who's  
going to do it and who's going to fund it?'
Inevitably it gets a bit sidetracked & geeky, though...
Does that sound tempting?
