We've used some M2 nylon nuts/screws from Farnell (part nos 7016920 and 
7070494).

I have also used metal M2.5 standoffs with a Balloon3. You have to be very 
careful. To protecte the board I used nylon washers (7047472) top and 
bottom, some of which had to be carefully trimmed to fit around some of the 
components on the board. This was for a single board. It's not really a 
practical solution if you have several a lot of them.
