The balloonboard webserver (and several others hosted on that box) has
been prone to random slow-delivery of pages for some time (2 yrs?).
Jenny has finally got to the bottom of the problem (something to do
with apache prefork config) and it is now snappy as a snappy thing.

This is a very welcome improvement. Well done Jenny (and advisors
idunno/Noodles). 

No excuse for not updating some wiki pages now :-)
