Hi people,
i would to understand why with some phones my method of acquisition, outlined
before, works and with some other it doesn't work. I think it depends from the
versions of the software installed on the phone that maybe can be not compatible
with version installed on the laptop. I'm refering to the yaffs2 module and to
the mtd version. Can we keep track of the compatible versions between the phone
and the machine?
For example, if the version of mtd-utils running in my phone is xxx can we know
what is the version of mtd-utils that i need to install on my machine to be sure
that the process works?
