I meet this error message when I copy a file to nandflash

/ # cp /root/runScript  /mnt/

Reading data from NAND FLASH without ECC is not recommended

Writing data without ECC to NAND-FLASH is not recommended

Writing data without ECC to NAND-FLASH is not recommended

Writing data without ECC to NAND-FLASH is not recommended

How can I correct this error? Thanks
