[Yaffs] YAFFS fpr NOR flash

Although YAFFS was designed for NAND, some folk have used it in shipping
products with NOR by simulating the spare region in NOR.

I am not aware of any patches to support this, but it is quite easily
done. Perhaps someone on the list that has done this will provide a
patch set.
