Yeap, after trying it, I can reproduce your old kernel oops problem quite
well. Maybe we can suggest that Charles put the fix in officially.

I think I had the same problem.
Another problem, maybe related to this one is:
1. Copy a file onto the yaffs directory.
2. Delete it.
3. Copy another file into the directory with the same name.
4. Delete it.
=> kernel oops due to an inode having a null parent.
When I add a flush method in file_operation that just call
yaffs_FlushFile(),
my problem doesn't appear anymore AND yours does not happen.
