A bug was detected in yaffs that causes a file to be truncated under certain
conditions.
The file gets truncated to the end of the last write to the last page in the
file. The ile data is actually written, but the chunk length is recorded
incorrectly. This means next mount, the file gets truncated.
I have fixed this. It will be in the next check in.
