The short answer is... it depends :-).
If this happened during scanning on blocks which were expectedc to be erased,
then that is fine since an erased block's ECC will not compute correctly.
If this happened at other times, then it is a genuine ECC problem. If the ECC
could fix the data then all is well, otherwise there was data corruption.
