[Balloon] Balloon3 - PXA version

Hi, all.
It's time to cut copper on the PXA255 version of Balloon, and I
have both the time and inclination to crack on with it. Any feature
requests, bugs with 2.05 / 2.06, even if you think I already know
about them, or general wibbling - now is the time to influence
things.
(Note that, as always, I reserve the right to do what I damn well
like, but sensible requests will either be incorporated or their
absence will be justified)
