I've been pondering datasheets and design rules, and I think that
the .65mm versions (that's any but the PXA270) require
microvias, and even then, the tracking will be excitingly fine pitch.
PXA270 is physically smaller than the other 27X devices, but does
require a separate boot flash. Hmm, decisions. I guess I need to
find current prices for microvia boards (and poke Protel and
Specctra, to see what the support is like for them)
