Oops, just found it in the design guide:
"The GPIOs are not fast-switching devices and do not switch any faster than
10 MHz."

I would have thought that the GPIO's would be faster than 10MHz, the AVR
micrcontrollers beat this. Does anyone know of a microcontroller or DSP
that has 200MHz+ GPIO's/interrupts?
