I think so. CVS has been stable since about Oct 2003, although the last
change was 4 days ago (yaffs_ecc, cvs version 1.3).

In fact YAFFS2 work has been going on since then but it hasn't been put in
CVS yet.

I just checked the above URL against the CVS versions and the dates look
right to me, so yes - you have the latest version.
