[Balloon] Eagle Libraries for PXA270, 2700G and UCB1400

Hi everybody.

if someone is interrested in eagle libraries I have made some.
They are available at www.cadsoft.de.

Unfortunately I have found allready a bug in the 2700G lib. In the power
module two VSS-pins are overlaid. They can be easily be separated
I will update the libraryin the next days.
