No. The standard mailman archive system (pipermail) is a bit crummy in this
regard. If anyone knows of a better system I'd be happy to install it. This

Not yet. Most of a spec did get thrashed out at a meeting a couple of weeks
ago - we ought to stick that online as a request for comments. Steve - care
to prepare some text or just stick it on the wiki?

Yes

Only very vague ones at this stage, but much of the point of the design
changes we have made has been to bring the manufacturing cost down, so a lot
more like GBP200 than GBP 400.
