I think we need to put this up as a FAQ :-)
People have asked about this a few times and been given general instructions
on how to do it (maybe seing those on the list caused you to ask this
question?), but I am not aware of any posted patches.
Does anyone have any to post as they would make a useful starting point for
anyone else doing the same thing.
