[Balloon] FFC conector queries

Is there a good reason why we're planning to use varied types of FFC
connector?
Even if we stick within Farnell's options, we can have all of 20, 24, 30
and 35 way in 0.5mm rotary lock format.

20 way - 309-1508
24 way - 309-1510
30 way - 309-1521
53 way - 309-1533

Also, could we swap pins 29 and 30 on the LCD / touchscreen connector, so
that power, rather than D17, runs adjacent to the touchscreen TSPX, for
noise reasons?
