I've now reallocated the pins that these were on to some spare GPIOs
(believe it or not, we do have some). They are now:
pin 148 was RUN_NAND now GPIO9
pin 172 was NAND_RNB now GPIO10
pin 176 was SM_ABSENT now GPIO103

They're a bit random, I agree, but probably more use than the old ones.

I've left this one, because I think it might be handy.
