I have offers on 13x13 parts from Arrow, standard 14 week lead time as every PXA270 part formally is.
RTPXA270C5C624 @ £25.14 ea 200 up, and RCPXA270C5C520 @ £16.50 ea 200 up.
Also Joe at Glyn with RCPXA270C0C520 25 pieces only 4 days 32.53 each, GBP
ie 624 MHZ and 520MHz tiddly ones, in latest C5 stepping, RT =lead free, RC = leaded
For 23x23 BGA format use FW = leaded or NH = leadfree for the first two digits of the part number. I have offers on these parts too, from 3 suppliers.
I have 22 sample FWPXA270COC312 from Arrow in sealed pack on my bench.
