If you need a licence for use with Nucleus+ (I haven't checked yet) you
don't need to agree such a licence before starting on a port or trying out
YAFFS internally. It is only at the point you distribute something using
YAFFS that the rights conferred by the GPL may become insufficient
for your circumstances; at that point you may need an alternative
agreement. Obviously it makes sense to sort this out sooner rather than
later, but feel free to do whatever technical investigations you like
whenever you like.

Copied to the list is this is probably a point that others will be
interested in seeing clarified.
