I've (with help from Nick) reorganised the ballon files on the server
so that all the balloon stuff is now collected together and can be
accessed over rsync, http and viewcvs.
Most of this has no externally visible changes but the ssh+svn path
has changed, as has the URL corresponding to the rsyncable data.
We have also uploaded the new Balloon3 P2 release files so the
canonical version is on balloonboard.org
So now we have:
read-only subversion repository access:
svn://balloonboard.org/
read-write subversion repository access (need a login on the server)
svn+ssh://balloonboard.org/home/balloon/svn
(used to be: svn+ssh://balloonboard.org/home/aleph1/balloonsvn
apologies for inconvenience for those who've got checked-out changes, but
things did need organising better and it shouldn't have to move again)
rsync access
rsync balloonboard.org::
rsync -av balloonboard.org::balloon .
The same files as are rsyncable can be accessed at:
http://balloonboard.org/files/
Both cvs and subversion repositories on the server cna be accessed at:
http://balloonboard.org/cgi-bin/viewcvs.cgi/
(swap from svn to cvs with button in top right).
I've now found the config for vhosts in viewcvs so I'll separate the
aleph1 and balloonboard repositories soon.
I've fixed wiki links I've found that have changed, but if I've missed
any do report or fix them.
The balloon3 P2 release can be found:

to preserve special files (devices, links), and permissions and
ownerships
