[Balloon] FPGA VHDL & other files?

Hi, maintainer-types.
Is the FPGA currently / planned to be under Subversion?
Is there a stash I can work from in the meantime?
Is there a hint sheet for software functions related to the FPGA?
(stuff like loading, reloading, clocks, and recommended ways of
implemeting and fondlingregisters / interrupts in the FPGA)
