[Yaffs] problems using Yaffs2 on linux 2.6.14

There is something wrong with linux 2.6.14 and yaffs2;
My nand flash chip is samsung k9f2g08u0m, 2048 bytes per chunk.
While I mount yaffs2 on the chip , It can not wright and read!
But if I mount jffs2 on it ,it will be ok!

I found it is the problem with Yaffs2 on linux 2.6.14.
And someone say follows:
This is the symptom seen when YAFFS2 is used with stock mtd. You need a
patch to the YAFFS2 mtd interface file. The patch can be found in the
mailing list archive.

Where can I find the patch?

Is it in the CVS patch folder ?
I just found a file "yaffs_mtdif2.c"
