Thanks for your quick response.
I am using Linux-2.6.29, with patches from Marvell, since I use pxa3xx nand controller.
If I use K9F4G08U0B (SLC) with Hamming ECC, it works very well.
But now I changed to K9G8G08U0B (MLC), with BCH ECC, same code but can't work.
I am using almost the latest Yaffs2 (just updated several days ago).
