[Yaffs] yaffs mainlining update

Hello All

I have completed the symbol changing to be more Linux-friendly and have placed
the code in git at: http://github.com/cdhmanning/linux-yaffs-integration/
for perusal by the Linux kernel folk fo consider for mainlining.

I expect that there will be a significant amount of feedback from the kernel
people and the work is probably far from done.
