[Yaffs] HOW TO RUN MTD TESTS?

hi all,

I built an android image and as part of it, mtd tests too.
I saw few *.ko and *.o files, in the output folder.
Am not clear on how to use them.
I tried "$insmod mtd_readtest.ko dev=1" in adb shell, but was getting some
error.
Can some one plz let me know how to use mtd tests exactly?
