[Balloon] Programming Boards

I am about to place a manufacturing order for a batch of the latest Balloon 3 programming boards for TCL and iEndian.
This is likely to be the last batch produced. The next version will be based on Bubble.

I'm happy to add further boards for anyone else, these will be £130 (+VAT) each + postage at cost.
The latest version has Pinko Compatibility with most earlier revisions of Balloon3 and the build will be a Full Fit as detailed in the above documentation.
