As I suggested in a previous mail to you, it should be 115200, 8N1, no flow
control, so that is the first thing to correct.

J1 is the console serial port, on which you will see the normal booting info
and login prompt.
(george is using a balloon supplied by us - I think it's a 2.05g and has the
standard TCL boot/kernel/system build).
