[Balloon] new bootldr

I have posted a new bootldr (bootldr33) on husaberg.
There are sources in the /sources directory and a binary at v0.7/bootldr33/bootldr.fast.gz

This version merges the new 16-bit nand mtd code infrastructure from Thomas G.
I found only one error, mtd->eccsize = this->eccsize needed in nand_scan.
