[Balloon] DNS problem fixed

As several of you are aware Balloonboard.org has had trouble with it's DNS in
recent weeks.

We've finally got to the bottom of it, and fixed it (there was a reference
to bytemark.com instead of bytemark.co.uk in the original record, which for
some reason 'sort-of-worked' even though bytemark.com is completely
different to bytemark.co.uk, and doesn't operate our content DNS!)

Anyway, it was fixed today so in about 4 days time everyone who has hacked
around it can remove their personal /etc/hosts entry and find that
balloonboard.org continues to work.

Apologies for the hassles this has caused. It's all my fault.
