It is OK for the first block to be marked bad. YAFFS does not care.
YAFFS does not use the first block at all, at present.
The first block is not used for two reasons:
i) I thought it would be a good idea to reserve the first block for any
future purpose. So far none has been found.
ii) "Block 0" in YAFFS is equivalent to the NULL pointer in C - it means
"invalid block".
