Balloonboard.org now has it's own IP address, so the virtual hosting is
moving from name-based to IP-based, which means various things will be
possible that currently aren't (like having a subversion repository on the
standard port, and https support).
The DNS changes might cause trouble for a few hours, but the old name-based
servicing is still eanbled so the site should remain accessible.
I'll send another admin announcement when everything is stable again.
