I've just checked in a new version of the Balloon 3 FPGA code into
subversion (at /balloon/trunk/vhdl/fpga). It builds under Xilinx ISE 8.2
and is now targeted at the XC3S1000 device on the E1 build. The only
changes apart from that are corrections of a couple of errors which ISE
8.2 picked up on. I've added the old ISE 8.1 project file for those who
are still using 8.1, but suspect that it won't get maintained.
The new version is also tagged in /balloon/tags/E1-fpga-for-TCL since
it's been released to them as a binary for some E1 debug.
