Farnell 111-2561 works for me. Although cheap and nasty in some ways,
the Omron flip-up connectors like that one can contact the FFC on both
top and bottom sides, which is handy when the PCB layout turns out to
be back to front. Not that that's ever happened to me, you understand
<cough>.
As for where the connector is, it's J6 on the right hand side of this
diagram:

It's a top-contact FFC connector and pin 1 is at the bottom, next to U10.
