I did some tests comparing yaffs on flash with ext2 on a usb drive on
an armel balloonboard.

Ignore the comments about flash access appearing to be CPU limited -
that's actually an artifact of the way that MTD spins/waits/blocks.
Yaffs/flash access is not really CPU bound. It's just difficult to
compare MTD and disk-based FSes directly with these numbers.
