[Yaffs] Fix to yaffs2 rename self corruption

Hi All

Thanks to an observant person, it was pointed out that one of the yaffs2
robustness tests was filing due to a hole in the sequencing of some writes
during a rename.

This has now been fixed add the test ran for over 1 million power failure
simulations over the week end with no corruptions.
